This book was absolutely amazing.I was first drawn by the intriguing title and cover. As soon as I opened to the first page I was hooked, to the point of emailing the author to gush within the first few chapters. Blue starts out as such an incredible character, with deep seeded flaws and a true emotional depth that is a rarity nowadays. I connected with Blue in every moment throughout the book, in her worst moments and as she evolved into the incredible heroine she became.
Her relationship with Kasey was stunning. He was stunning. The way he treated her and spoke to her was so incredible. He was enlightened, and after dealing with so many male leads who are the exact opposite his point of view and personality were incredibly refreshing and impressive.
The story was excellent, well-written, but it really was the characters and their development and emotional depth that had me blowing through this book in a few hours. These were people, real, genuine, sincere people that I related to in every moment. There is nothing wrong with this book. Excellent story, excellent character development, excellent writing. I don't have anything bad to say.

The justce league reincarnated. Plenty of believable characters. The hero's have their human frailties and character flaws which allows the reader to identify with them and live through them.
I really liked this. Great characters, great storyline, great love, great adventure and extremely well written. I look forward to more in this series. Amazing. Highly recommended.
I'm sorry I just can't stand the main character. She would cuss you out in one breath and than be friendly in the other the constant use of the F word got in the way of the story in my opinion. I think the writer was too heavy handed with her trying to make Blue seem tough.
In the beginning, I didn't know whether to hate Blue, or feel sorry for her. Eventually, she grew on me. The story is unique, the supernatural abilities are some that aren't written about very often. The story moves along at a good pace, and the bad guy is scary. It is a romance of sorts, but there aren't any really descriptive sex scenes. I found the dialogue a little choppy in some places, but overall, I enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it for those who enjoy the supernatural/paranormal genre.
This was a fun superhero-ish story that had the flavor of the New Mutants or the tomorrow people. Blue was a fun character to get to know, and she developed well over the course of the story. Life hadn't been kind to her and she was quite standoffish in the beginning, but came into her own in the end as she learned about her ability and the others like her. Kasey wound up stealing the spotlight frequently and was a good anchor for Blue. If you enjoy super hero books, then this one will be right up your alley. )
This was a good paranormal, super power, romance type of book. Sometimes I feel like this genre can get a little cheesy and ignore the way people & relationships work in the real world, but this book stayed grounded in reality. Blue had a believable reaction to discovering her powers and didn't lose her personality in the shift. The rest of the characters did seem a little one-dimensional, but I still felt invested in them and there are a lot of unanswered questions about two of the male protagonists which will more than likely bring out their depth in subsequent books.
Overall, the book seemed to fly by with very few lulls in the suspense. It is the kind of book that makes me want to skip to the last page just to check the ending to make sure my favorite character doesn't die. I was surprised by the ending, so I don't suggest skipping ahead if you can resist the urge!
What a delightfully written book. This author knows how to capture your attention and careen you into a new dimension.
The characters in this book are wonderful and believable. They are extraordinarily gifted. And
make you want to be part of their team. And
what a team! You have an "Einstein-esque" girl,
a boy who can heal AND has a green-thumb. One person can stop time one can read into the inner most recesses of your mind, and some one
who can enhance your already fantastical
abilities. And the ending....!! No spoil alert!!
Read this book it is enjoyable, you' ll have a hard time putting it down. You will want to read it in one sitting!! Amazing! ! I can't wait for the next
